Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ExecMinutes (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

ExecMinutes is operated by a sole proprietor based in Ontario, Canada. Contact support@execminutes.com.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service.

Your account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate account information.

Your content & processing

You may upload audio/video files for processing. We temporarily process files on our backend to generate output and then delete them. We do not store recordings, transcripts, or summaries as persistent content.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any content, including obtaining any required consents from meeting participants.

Prohibited use

  • Do not use the Service to violate laws or third-party rights.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or compromise the Service or infrastructure.
  • Do not upload malware or harmful content.
  • Do not use the Service to harass, defraud, or impersonate others.

Exports & sharing

If you export or share notes (PDF, WhatsApp, Telegram, copy), you control that action. Once shared, content may be subject to the privacy and security practices of those platforms.

Subscriptions & payments

Paid plans are billed via Stripe. Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

Refunds

Refunds may be offered on a case-by-case basis when justified. To request a refund, email support@execminutes.com with your account email and the reason for the request.

Availability & changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not make guarantees that the Service will be error-free or that outputs will be suitable for any particular purpose.

We are not SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExecMinutes will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service and other users.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
